The spacious studio apartment is the perfect combination of comfort and functionality, ensuring a convenient stay both for couples and solo travelers.

• The studio features a comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a TV with cable channels. Guests also have at their disposal a sofa, a functional work desk, and a spacious wardrobe for storing belongings.
  

• The studio leads to a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after an eventful day.

• The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a hob, electric kettle, and a coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals independently. Next to it, there is a dining table with chairs that also serves as a convenient workspace. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.

• The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a set of basic toiletries along with towels. The bright-colored space is designed to provide maximum comfort during your stay.

IMPORTANT FACILITIES

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. The use of facilities is subject to availability.
