The kitchenette connected to the living room serves as a place to prepare any meal. Modern, high-quality appliances ensure convenience and efficiency in cooking. Numerous shelves and cabinets help keep things tidy, and the minimalist design adds elegance to the kitchen.

Guests have two separate bedrooms at their disposal. Entering the first bedroom, you will find a large double bed, ensuring excellent sleep and rest. The thoughtful arrangement of the room also includes a wardrobe providing enough space to store clothes and other personal items. The second bedroom contains two single beds.

Of course, there is also an atmospheric bathroom with a toilet and a rain shower. It’s the perfect place to relax during a bath after an active day.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height. Detailed instructions with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
