ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is designed in an eclectic style with classical and rustic elements. Warm colors and carefully selected accessories give it a unique, homely character.

• Living room with kitchenette is an open and functional space. A comfortable, fold-out sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and classic furniture create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with modern household appliances, and right next to it is a table that can serve as a dining area. An undeniable convenience is also the welcome set consisting of coffee, tea, and basic spices.

• The bedroom provides exceptional sleeping comfort thanks to the full-size bed with a high-quality mattress and soft bedding. Stylish lighting, decorative frames, and blackout curtains guarantee a peaceful rest at any time of the day.

• The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower that ensures full comfort both for a good start of the day and after a day of sightseeing. For guests’ convenience, we have prepared a set of toiletries including gentle shampoo and aromatic shower gel. Fresh towel sets are also available.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 2 meters in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to summon a service, which will incur an additional fee.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the amenities is subject to availability.
