ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment has been designed in an eclectic style with classic and rustic elements. Warm colours and carefully chosen accessories give it a distinctive, homely character.
Living room with kitchenette is an open and functional space. Comfortable, fold-out sofa, a large flat-screen TV and classic furniture create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances and right next to it there is a table that can serve as a dining area. An undeniable convenience is also the welcome set consisting of coffee, tea and basic spices.
Bedroom provides exceptional sleeping comfort thanks to a full-size bed with a high-quality mattress and soft bedding. Stylish lighting, decorative frames and blackout curtains guarantee a restful stay at any time of day.
Bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, which provides full comfort both for a good start to the day and after a day of sightseeing. For guests' convenience we have prepared a toiletry set, which includes a gentle shampoo and an aromatic shower gel. Fresh towel sets are also provided.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 metres in length and 2 metres in height.
Detailed instructions with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the listing and in the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will require calling a service, which will incur an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.
Please note that use of the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
