ABOUT THE APARTMENT
A comfortable apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends, located in a modern complex with access to a free SPA area in the building. Bright, harmoniously furnished interiors promote relaxation and rest. The apartment is intended for up to 6 people, providing comfortable space for spending time together and relaxing.
The spacious and bright living room is the perfect place to relax. There is a comfortable, fold-out sofa opposite the television with cable channels, so you can unwind with your favorite movie or show. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the exit to the balcony allows you to enjoy the view of a calm, green courtyard.
Both from the living room and the two bedrooms, you can access the furnished balcony, which overlooks the green internal courtyard. It's the perfect place for a moment of relaxation outdoors.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a oven, hob, dishwasher, as well as a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy a shared meal or have your morning coffee. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.
In the main bedroom, there is a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and pleasant bedding, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90 cm wide – an ideal solution for children or additional guests, providing comfort and privacy.
In the bathroom with a shower, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests, ensuring a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a gym. Use of the amenities is subject to availability.
Please be advised that using the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
