The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, an obligatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Waterlane SPA E31 is definitely a standout apartment. It’s not just about its size (a whopping 180m2). The biggest distinction is the style, furnishings, and quality of the finish. A huge asset is also the view from the top, 5th floor overlooking the Motława River and, further in the distance, the historic Old Town. The apartment, intended for a maximum of 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have dedicated bathrooms, a large living room connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area, and a toilet. Additional space includes a spacious terrace.
A few floors below the apartment, there is a SPA area consisting of a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym, access to which is included in the apartment price. Availability depends on the number of places available.
Please be advised that the use of the SPA zone is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is designed for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.

Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are all the main attractions of Gdańsk. On the ground floor of the building, you will find restaurants, a café, and a grocery store.
