The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is designed for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.50 meters.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, offering access to a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
Please note that until 28.02.2026 it is not recommended to use the SPA zone.
