Guests have at their disposal two elegantly furnished bathrooms, each with a shower cabin. This layout provides greater comfort during the stay of a larger group of people.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.50 meters.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the parking space can be found in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will require calling a service, which will involve an additional charge.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
Please be advised that using the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
