ABOUT THE APARTMENT

An elegant 82 m² apartment, designed for a maximum of 6 adults, with a view of the river and marina, decorated in a bright, modern style with a touch of glamour. The space is dominated by subdued colors, shiny accents, impressive lighting, and large glass surfaces that beautifully illuminate the interior. The whole creates a comfortable, spacious, and stylish space ideal both for a family stay and relaxation with friends.

The spacious living room forms a comfortable relaxation area with two comfortable sofas, including one sofa bed, which provides extra sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV. The bright interior, elegant lamps, and carefully selected accessories give this part of the apartment an exceptionally cozy and stylish character.
An additional advantage is the sunny balcony with a view of the river and city, which is the perfect place for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation.

The modern kitchenette has been designed for convenience and full functionality. Guests have at their disposal: a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. An additional asset is the practical island, ideal for everyday meals or morning coffee. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, creating a convenient place for shared meals. For guests' comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

The first bedroom is decorated in an elegant and cozy manner. It features a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, positioned opposite the bed.

The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing belongings. It is an intimate, peaceful space that ensures comfortable sleep and privacy.

The apartment offers two bathrooms, which significantly enhances the comfort of the stay. One of them, with direct access from the bedroom, is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower, providing guests with even greater comfort and functionality during their stay. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes: a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the amenities is possible depending on availability.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.50 meters.
