ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This impressively spacious 112 m² apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults, combining elegant interiors, a functional layout, and unique details that make you feel the atmosphere of a true home with a touch of luxury from the first moment.
- The air-conditioned living room impresses with its space and elegant decor. There is a comfortable, spacious sofa. Opposite it, there is a TV with TV channels and Smart TV function, ensuring entertainment at any time of day. The stylish, decorative fireplace adds a cozy character to the interior. In the sleeping area of the living room, there is a double bed placed under the window, which promotes relaxation and mornings with natural light.
- Directly from the living room, there is access to the balcony equipped with garden furniture – an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a beautiful river view.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for longer stays – guests have at their disposal a oven, microwave, and dishwasher, while the washing machine is located in a practical pantry next door. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared. Right behind the kitchen is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for shared meals and gatherings with a larger group.

- The apartment has two independent bathrooms, significantly increasing the comfort of the stay – one is equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, perfect for relaxing baths, while the other offers a modern shower, ideal for a quick refresh. The space is complemented by elegant finishes, classic furniture, and a thoughtfully designed layout that ensures convenience even during longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the facilities depends on availability.
