ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This impressively spacious 112 m² apartment has been designed for a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults, combining elegant interiors, a functional layout and distinctive details that make you feel at home with a touch of luxury from the first moment.

• The air-conditioned living room delights with space and elegant decor. It features a comfortable, spacious sofa. Opposite it there is a television with TV channels and Smart TV functionality, providing entertainment at any time of day. A stylish decorative fireplace gives the interior a cozy character. In the sleeping area of the living room there is a double bed positioned under the window, which is conducive to relaxation and mornings with natural light.

• The living room leads directly to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture – an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening rest with a beautiful view of the river.

• Kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for longer stays – guests have at their disposal a oven, microwave and dishwasher, while a washing machine is located in a practical pantry right next door. For guests' convenience a welcome kit with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared. Just behind the kitchen there is a large dining table with chairs, which is perfect for shared meals and gatherings with a larger group.

• The main bedroom is an elegant and tranquil space created for full relaxation. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a television with TV channels and Smart TV functionality. A large mirrored wardrobe provides plenty of storage space, and the bright, classic interior encourages relaxation after a day full of experiences.

• The second bedroom combines sleeping, relaxation and work areas. It features a double bed and a television with TV channels and Smart TV. An additional advantage is a dedicated work space, making the room ideal for both couples and remote workers, offering comfort and privacy.

• The apartment has two separate bathrooms, which significantly increases comfort – one of them is equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, perfect for relaxing baths, while the other offers a modern shower, ideal for a quick refresh. The interiors are completed by elegant finishes, classic furniture and a well-thought-out layout that ensures convenience even during a longer stay. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, which includes shower gel, shampoo and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Use of the amenities is subject to availability.

The apartment is air-conditioned.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
