Waterlane SPA D3, with an area of 60m2, is a modern, spacious apartment designed for up to 4 people, located on the Motława River. Bright interiors, subtle color schemes, and elegant finishes with delicate gold accents create a stylish and harmonious space perfect for both a short city break and a longer stay. For full comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned.

Living room with large windows impresses with a view of the Motława River and provides a pleasant space for relaxation. There is a comfortable, fold-out sofa bed and a Smart TV, allowing you to fully relax after a day spent exploring the city.
Kitchenette is functionally equipped and allows for convenient meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a oven, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop. Next to it is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs, ideal for shared breakfasts, lunches, or evening gatherings. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests’ convenience.
Bedroom is designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. It features a double bed and a view of the Motława River, giving the interior a unique, peaceful character.
