The central point of the living room is a stylish fold-out sofa bed, excellent for relaxing after an intense day or as a cozy place for guests. The kitchenette connected to the living room is a place to prepare any meal. Modern, high-quality appliances guarantee convenience and efficiency in meal preparation. Numerous shelves and cabinets help maintain order, while the minimalist design adds elegance to the kitchen.
Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms. Entering the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, ensuring excellent sleep and rest. The thoughtful arrangement of the room also includes a wardrobe providing enough space for storing clothes and other personal items. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Of course, there is a cozy bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and rain shower. It's the perfect place to relax during a bath after an active day.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 m in height. Detailed instructions with the number and exact dimensions of the space are available in the offer and the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will involve an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
Please be advised that using the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
