The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 m in height. Incorrect parking will result in the need to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
