ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is decorated in a modern style with warm, natural accents that create a cozy and harmonious space. Bright interiors, wooden floors, and a muted color scheme promote relaxation and a sense of home comfort. The apartment is intended for up to 4 guests.

• Spacious living room with a large balcony window is the heart of the apartment. There is a fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping place. Opposite it is a TV on an elegant wooden cabinet. A modern coffee table and accessories such as wall graphics add a cozy character to the interior.

• You can go out from the living room to the balcony, which provides extra space for relaxation. It's a perfect place for morning coffee or evening rest outdoors.

• The kitchenette is fully equipped, including an induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Bright cabinet fronts and city motifs on the wall tiles give it a modern look. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, creating a comfortable place to have meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard and two bedside tables with lamps. The interior is complemented by a spacious, modern wardrobe, which can hold all necessary items. A large window provides natural light and a view of the surrounding buildings.

• The bathroom is finished in shades of gray and white. Guests have at their disposal a spacious shower cabin with a rain shower, modern washbasin with a large mirror, and toilet. The room also includes a washing machine and hairdryer, making the bathroom exceptionally functional.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.

Please be kindly informed that use of the SPA zone is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
