Waterlane SPA A1 is a two-level, family apartment located in a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 6 people, either a family or a group of friends. The 84-square-meter apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a living room combined with a kitchenette and a terrace with a garden.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8m in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the parking space are included in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.
