This modern apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking modern urban development.

• The living room features two comfortable, fold-out sofas that provide extra sleeping spaces. The light color scheme, brick wall, designer tables, and stylish accessories create an exceptionally cozy yet modern interior. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and curtains allow for darkening when needed.
• The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a set of dishes and cutlery. The dining area with an elegant table allows for comfortable meals.
• The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard, perfect for a peaceful rest. Subtle wallpaper and a muted color scheme create a relaxing atmosphere.
• The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, and for guests' convenience, fresh towels, a basic set of toiletries, and a washing machine are provided – especially useful for longer stays.

The apartment also has a balcony, which is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a city view.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is designed for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and surrounding areas.
