Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 33 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 3rd floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers unique design and comfort at the highest level.

The living room as the central point of the apartment is a place to gather after a day full of experiences. It features a sofa bed, and opposite it, a television. A fully equipped kitchenette allows preparing delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, you will find a cozy corner intended for relaxation after a full day of sightseeing or work. The comfortable double bed guarantees a relaxing sleep, and the cozy atmosphere allows you to unwind and recharge for the next day. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A great advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony with an amazing view of the Motława River.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and the surroundings. It is an ideal place to sunbathe, and the building's height ensures that we are closer to the sun.
