SPA 11 | Sauna, Jacuzzi, Pool and Gym

The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 11 is an incredibly comfortable apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. What distinguishes it is a functional and fully accessible SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.

The apartment is intended for a maximum of four people, though a couple will feel the utmost comfort here. The pool, underground parking, and amazing location are not the only advantages. Enormous value is also provided by the rooftop several dozen-meter terrace, offering an incredible view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing zone. The building's height means that being there puts you much closer to the sun.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75 m.
