The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of a lightly scented shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a tea and coffee package along with basic spices.

Winter Residence Apartment 1 offers comfortable and stylish interiors, ideal for those seeking convenience. The whole is characterized by a harmonious combination of functionality with aesthetics, creating a pleasant atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation. It is intended for up to 4 adults.

The main room is a spacious living room, which serves both as a relaxation area and a kitchen space. It includes a comfortable fold-out bed providing extra sleeping space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, giving the interior a pleasant atmosphere, perfectly complemented by an amazing river view. The living room seamlessly flows into the kitchenette, which is equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Modern equipment and elegant finishes give the kitchen a unique character.

The bedroom separated by a stylish glass wall ensures privacy and a peaceful sleep. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed that guarantees a restful rest after a day full of experiences. The bedroom interior is furnished in an elegant style, which promotes relaxation and comfort.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine. All necessary amenities are available, ensuring convenience during daily care routines.

The Winter Residence building was built right on the Motława River in the Old Town, just a few hundred meters south of Gdańsk's icon – the famous Crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the city's port tradition. The building's architecture evokes the characteristic townhouse complexes typical of the Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, separated from it only by a green belt. The area is home to numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, yacht marinas, dining points, and beauty salons. Bus and tram stops are 300 meters away, and the Long Market can be reached on foot in just 9 minutes.
