ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This stylish, air-conditioned studio of 44 m², designed for up to 3 people, combines aesthetics, comfort, and excellent equipment with modern design and a river view, creating an ideal space for comfortable relaxation – both for a short city break and a longer urban-style stay.

• The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, perfect for evening relaxation. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the river, which adds lightness and unique character to the interior.
• The sleeping area can be separated by a curtain, allowing for privacy and division of space. It contains a comfortable 180x200 double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing convenient storage.
• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. Right next to it is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals or working on a laptop. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for the guests' convenience.
• The elegant bathroom with a shower offers full daily comfort – it is equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer, making the apartment perfect also for longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

LOCATION

The Wintera Residence building is located right by the Motława River in the Old Town, just a few hundred meters south of Gdańsk's icon – the famous Żuraw crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the city’s port tradition. The building’s architecture recalls the characteristic tenement house complexes typical of a Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, separated only by a green belt. Nearby there are numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, marinas, dining spots, and beauty salons. Bus and tram stops are 300 meters away, and the Long Market is just a 9-minute walk.
