The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest for the bedroom bed are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of tea, coffee, and basic spices package.

Nowa Motława SPA 34 is a unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It accommodates 8 adults.

The air-conditioned living room features two sofa beds and a large TV, and the fully equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of any meal. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. Each of them has a large comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Two bathrooms are a comfortable solution, including a shower or bathtub.

The apartment includes a parking space.

The building has a SPA area, which consists of a pool, sauna, and gym. Use of this is extra chargeable and subject to availability.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened a few years ago. The whole investment is situated on the Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-pleasing apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest assets.
