The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also delighted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nowa Motława SPA 21 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and interestingly arranged. It stands out with a great location and an even better river view. The apartment is designed for up to 5 people. We have prepared 3 separate rooms for their use. The main bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. This room is a kind of extension of the living room. Although it can be completely closed at night, during the day it is an ideal place to spend time with family or a group of friends. An additional sleeping place is the sofa in the living room combined with a well-equipped kitchenette. Of course, the apartment has its own bathroom. Additional space is provided by a utility room with a washing machine and a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.
A few floors below the apartment is the SPA zone, consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Use of the facilities is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use a few years ago. The whole investment is located on Wyspa Spichrzów, which is experiencing a real revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its biggest advantages.
