Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a gently scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is further enhanced by a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Chmielna Studio is a 31-square-meter apartment designed for a maximum of four people. However, its intended purpose is to provide comfort to a couple or a family with up to two children. The 3.5-meter-high ceilings enlarge the main room, making the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The apartment is extremely pleasant and functionally equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays.
The apartment consists of a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, connected to a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

It is located on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern and visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
