Chmielna 79 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building. It is designed for a maximum of four people. However, the full comfort is experienced by a couple or a 3-person family. The 42-square-meter apartment consists of a living room connected with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a true renaissance. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern and visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its biggest advantages.
