Chmielna 39 is a very pleasant apartment. It is designed for a maximum of six people, but the full comfort is best experienced by two couples, a family of four, or a group of friends. The 51-square-meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building and consists of a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern and visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its biggest advantages.
