The apartment, with an area of 46 m², designed for up to 4 people, offers a comfortable and functionally designed space ideal for both short and longer stays.

• The bright, spacious living room is equipped with a large fold-out sofa, which provides a comfortable sleeping place for two people. Opposite is a TV with TV channels and Smart TV functionality, placed on an impressive glass wall, creating a modern and stylish atmosphere.

• Balcony with chairs and a table, ideal for morning coffee or relaxation with a view of the surroundings and the nearby river.

• The fully equipped kitchenette allows for convenient meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a set of necessary dishes. Next to it is a dining table with comfortable chairs, perfect for family meals or working on a computer. For guest convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.

• The cozy bedroom is decorated in a calm, bright color scheme. It features a large double bed with a comfortable mattress, a clothes wardrobe, and a TV allowing comfortable viewing of favorite programs straight from the bed. Soft lighting and minimalist accessories create a relaxing atmosphere.

• The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washing machine, and a large mirror, which additionally visually enlarges the space. Guests also have at their disposal a hairdryer and essential amenities providing comfort during the stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.
